Slazenger K1 Speed

I GOT THIS DRIVER TO TRY TO IMPROVE MY DISTANCE BUT THIS CLUB MADE IT WORSE. I FOUND OUT THAT YOU HAVE TO BE OF A CERTIAN SPEED THROUGH THE BALL TO GET THE EXTRA DISTANCE. SO COULD NOT WAIT TO GET RID OF IT. USING CALLOWAY DRIVERS EVER SINCE, BIG DIFFERENCE AND BIGGER DISTANCE

Bought the Slazenger K1 Speed after seeing it endorsed by Sam Torrence on The Golf Channel, and I must say I was very impressed when I started to use it.I added at least 25 yards to my drives and the free Hybrid I got with it was helping me greatly, but that all changed after about 10 rounds of golf. After teeing off on one hole I noticed the head of my driver travel after the ball. It had split from the shaft. Like others there was no Slazenger Customer service to complain to and the Golf Channel were no help either. A local pro put a shaft on for me but the driver was never the same without the double kick shaft it was famous for. I now use the Ping G15 and gave the K1 speed to a young golfer I met on the range one day, just until he can afford to buy a better one. I wonder how much Torrence got for promoting lies.

Used it about 15 times and it's split.........Slazenger customer service is none existent

I had to exchange my driver when my previous one was declared illegal.On Friday the 2nd of March 2012 I drove off the 6th tee and as I did so although the drive appeared O K the driver head split across the join between face and top. Can any offer any advice as to get a "free" replacement. John Lowton Cheshire.

SO IAM NOT THE ONLY ONE THAT AS THIS PROBLEM. MY K1 DRIVER L/H ALSO SPLIT. HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT SLAZENGER, BUT READING REST OF REVIEWS IT WOULD APPEAR THE FAULT IS COMMAN. CAN ANYONE HELP WITH CONTACT AND SOUNDS LIKE I SHOULD ALSO COPY IN TRADING STANDARDS.

I too have a KI Speed and the top of the driver has split. There does not seem to be any recourse. Perhsaps Sam Torrance would like to get involved as I purchased it having seen him advertising it on television!!!

Sam Torrance are you out there? Are you not concerned that you have endorsed this club?

I like many others that have posted a review on this club, find myself with a club that is no longer of any use due to the top edge splitting, this would appear to be an inherant fault and Slazenger should accept this as fact due to the number of cases that appear to be out there. I personally will never buy another Slazenger product.. Shame on you Slazenger

THEY WONT REPLACE IT,ITS FAULTY AND I WASTED MY MONEY .THEY ARE A MOB OF CROOKS. SO IF YOUR THINKING OF BUYING ONE , DONT THEY DONT CARE THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY,AND LET ALL YOUR FRIENDS KNOW SO THEY DONT BUY ONE

THERE WARRENTY IS NON EXISTENT

k1 fast driver?what a scam! a friend had 1 it split across top,i had a lend of 1 it exploded and opened uplike a sardine can.has any body got any adresses or contact numbers that i can use to get something done about it??????or has anybody had any joy in getting there moneyback or a replacement???????or has anybodt contacted slazanger about it??????thanks

Bought the Slazenger K1 F.A.S.T. Driver October 26th 2010 unfortunately February 3rd 2011 developed a crack on the top.

Due to bad weather probably only used the club for about 15 rounds, annoying because I could hit a good distance and without my usual fade(slice).

I have only seen negative reviews about the quality of the club, wish I had found out before I purchased it from JJB Sports, eventually after a letter to the C.E.O. got my money back.
