Restrict Access Via Terrible App
Better are very disappointing in a number of ways.
Firstly, they require all bookings to be made through their own app which is pretty much useless and incredibly frustrating to use. They don’t feature on any of the alternative fitness marketplaces preferring to route you via their own system.
Secondly, they impose access restrictions that mean kids under 12 can’t swim before 11am - even in the school holidays - or join lane sessions
Thirdly, their pricing is high. For a family of 4 it’s £25+ for swimming at our local pool which is too much for most people.
Finally, they are some kind of obscure not-for-profit company with charitable status so it’s difficult to find any avenue to raise complaints.

CONTEMPT FROM THE STAFF ENTRUSTED TO MAINTAIN IT.
ABSOLUTE EMBARRASSMENT TO CHARGE £28.50
TO PLAY ON THIS PILE OF RUBBISH.
THE SENIOR MANAGEMENT NEED TO HAVE A GOOD LOOK AT THE GREENS STAFF RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS DEBACLE .

Pans Hanger Golf Course
Course continues to disappoint regarding condition. Greens very poor , fairways too patchy for play as it lies. Bunkers and bunker surrounds abysmal. If this is the best you can do , time to get out of the golf business.

I Joined This Gym A Time Ago And When I Joined The
I joined this gym a time ago and when I joined the staff told me that I will pay £60 from the start for 2 months and after £30 each month but after the first month passed they charged me a second time with £30 for no reasons and i was trying to complain about but nobody cares plus on I joined the staff told me that I have access to gym and classes all around gll but when I tried was just for that gym and only for classes

Access To London Aquatics Centre Via Gll
Greenwich Leisure Centre manage the London Aquatics Centre(LAC) (the Olympic swimming pool to you and I).
The website to book facilities at LAC seems OK, but if you actually need to contact anyone at GLL by phone or email (e.g. to enquire about using said facility) then be prepared for a lot of waiting.
If you then want to escalate to get some attention or response - wait some more or do battle with their 'interactive voice system' which is so broken its not funny.
These people are managing access to the Olympic Legacy facilities. They need to make it pay its way. So they need to respond to customers and help them make bookings - or so you would hope.
Out of frustration, I take the time to leave this warning to others.
