Tried them out because the selection on offer looked good and a bit different to others, although quite a lot of the images didn't seem to match sizes quoted. Waited a week and hadn't even received note of dispatch so emailed, and next day was told (in a very short weirdly worded way) that my order was 'being processed' and I'd get it 'very soon'. Seemed to kick things into action and it suddenly turned up the next day. Over a week for delivery (and up to 2 weeks) is terrible though when all their competitors can manage 3-4 days, and when you're running a business on a tight turnaround.

The boxes were disappointing too, they promised 'strong corrugated walled boxes' when in reality the corrugation was paper thin and barely stronger than single wall. The method of 'construction' and fastening was weird too resulting in loose flaps on the outside that had to be taped down.

Overall they could do with big improvements on shipping, customer service and quality of product to be a persuasive alternative to other packaging suppliers.

Boxes are so pretty and just perfect for my needs. Would defiantly buy again and recommend.

Lovely good quality boxes and very reasonable prices.

The staff I dealt with was very helpful and polite, nothing was ever too much hassle.

Would Recommend to anyone !

No minimum order for plain stock and when I enquirer about getting my products branded I was told the minimum order is 50 boxes and 100 bags ! Which was ideal since I am only just starting out.

My order came fast and was of a very high standard.

Awful customer service spent £10 on postage for next day delivery for it to come 4 days later after the date I needed it. I called the company the lady I spoke to was rude to me on the phone and would only refund me the money for the box (50p).

Do not use this company - it cheap for a reason - if you want a quality product then find a different company. I would not recommend this company

I love the Tiny Box company! As an Image Consultant looking to create the perfect stylish gift bags for alternative hen parties that were eco friendly and great value they were my first choice. I was not disappointed the customer service I received was first class,Sharon who I spoke to was friendly and astute when it came to helping me decide which presentation options would suit my particular market best.

I have been scouring the internet for reasonably prices gift boxes and stumbled across this company 'Tiny Box Company', I can't believe I have just purchased three gift boxes for one pounds fifty (total)- forty eight pence each and the postage was two pounds fifty nine!

Other online companies were offering boxes at around four pounds each, which is fine if you only need 1 box, then add your P&P and you're talking about eight pounds to buy a box - ouch!

I also found wine bottle bags for seventeen pence each!!! I'm adding this company to my FAVOURITES page and clicking on it every time I need a box, bag, paper etc.

Please take a look, you won't be disappointed! and NO, I don't work for the company, I thought I would pass on the savings to others. Being a Mum of three I need to count the pennies!

Well done 'Tiny Box Company'! I will be back.
