Don't Place Order!
I made the mistake of ordering before looking up reviews of this site and have since cancelled my card. I ordered and thought, great, free delivery. Only after entering my card details etc. did I bother to look for info on the delivery, which would then set alarm bells ringing that there is no more information on it. I believe this website was trading under the plural of the address as the reviews of that web address are the exact same process I have experienced today. I had an email 10 minutes after ordering with my supposed username. No confirmation of order, no phone number or any contact details, no indication of how long delivery would take. I would recommend cancelling your card asap as they may not actually take payment but they will pass on your details. All this trouble for a Pie Face game! There must be a reason why it is available here and out of stock on every other website. Live & learn.
Avoid At All Costs!
I placed an order for a game I had been looking for for ages and in my excitement to see that they had it in stock I did not check the website as thoroughly as I would normally and went ahead and made my order, giving my credit card details.
I did not receive an email confirmation for the order so I went back onto the site to 'contact us' to check my order had been placed. There are no company details on the site, no address, no phone number, no email, only a form fill in on the site. I sent a note via this form fill in and have heard nothing since.
The other navigation buttons on the site for further details (support, no quibble guarantee, family run business, free delivery)links lead nowhere. No company registration numbers or VAT registered numbers appear on the website either.
I decided to log into my account that I had set up to check my order, this only provided a blank page, no order details, no name, address or email details.
I called my card issuer shortly after this and they advised that although this company had not requested any payment for my 'order' there were a number of pending charges from places I had never heard of. Coincidence? I think not. I have since blocked my card and got a new one due to this fraud.
Avoid at all costs.
If I could give 0 stars on my review I would have, there is nothing even remotely worth 1 star for this 'company'.
There is also another similar website www.theboardgamers.co.uk which also have similar reviews of no orders ever received, no communication from the company and fraudlent charges appearing on their credit cards soon after placing an order. I am not sure if they are the same outfit but please be wary people.
