One By One, The Branches Stop Lighting Up.

The Boto tree was beautiful for the first 2 years and then one by one, the branches stopped lighting up. Purchased the tree from Sears and there is no customer service provided on this product. We have now had to go out and buy strings of lights to put on our "pre-lit" tree!!

I am glad Boto went out of business, they stole my idea. I am the true inventor of the Pre-lite Christmas Tree. They did not have ALL of me designs for the tree which would not have flaws.

I'm having the same problem. Are there any replacement bulbs anywhere?

No Stand Problem!!

I purchased the Martha Stewart 4 1/2 foot Berry Mountain tree. It has no base unit and the toll-free number is related to a cruise sales promotion gimmick. I'm looking to talk to someone from BOTO not a cruise director to solve my problem.

Their company sold to Imagi International Holdings Ltd. However, Amazon has replacement products for them.

Best Little Xmas Tree

I've had this 3.5 ft. tree for about 7 years and it's still going strong. It's a fiber optic tree and I think one of the prettiest I've seen around. It has a light wheel that rotates and send out a beautiful array of different colored lights. It's easy to set up. All you have to do is snap the base together and drop the tree into the base. Plug it in and watch the lights. For the money, it was absolutely worth it! If I could ever find another one I would buy it right away. Friends and family, both, love this little tree.

Disappointed

We spent a decent amount of money on a 9 foot tree, expecting it to be an investment for years to come. It was wonderful for about 2 years. Then the lights started not lighting. It is not the easy fix that the salesperson assured us it would be. By 6 years later the size bulbs that the tree takes are no longer sold in any stores. Now, 8 years later, NOTHING lights on the tree. We went back to the store that sold it to us for help on year 2, and they basically laughed at us and didn't even want to talk to us. Quite a change from how much they had to say to make the sale 2 years earlier. Tree looked nice when it worked, but did not last at all.

i have the very same problem and went to sears to see if i could get it rewired as i have spent tons on bulbs to have them blow ..now i have whole lines blowing..and can not fix them..I don't want to buy a new tree..I payed more for this one because it was a very nice tree..if your gonna sell these trees for this much at least have a place where we can have them rewired..I don't mind paying to have it rewired..as long as its reasonable..

I Bought A 4ft Tree Back In 2000. I Still Use It

I bought a 4ft tree back in 2000. I still use it today. I have never had to replace lights yet. Putting it together is a little bit of a pain since there is just enough cord for each branch, leaving very little slack to get the branches in place to be able to push the pins down. But all in all, it's a very nice tree!

I Purchased A 12 Foot Prelit Tree From Hobby Lobby

I purchased a 12 foot prelit tree from Hobby Lobby 5 years ago. We alternate our Christmases eash year so it this year is the third time I have used this tree. The first year I used it everything was great. The second year I used it the whole bottom section of lights went out just before my Sunday School class arrived for our Christmas party. This is the third year I have used this tree and about every third day a section of lights goes out so I am having to add lights to make it look good. This was a $500 tree. It has been packed away carefully in the orginal box and stored in my basement. I would not recommend this tree to any one. It's definitely not worth the price I paid and now I am going to have to replace it after only 3 uses. Look at the manufacturer of the tree you are buying and stay away from Dr. Festive trees.

I Am Extremely Dissapointed With My Tree. I Purcha

I am EXTREMELY dissapointed with my tree. I purchased a Frost Hill Tree from Kmart with Martha Stewart's name attached thinking that for sure I was buying a reliable product only to find this year (2010) that two sections of my tree, despite the replacing of fuses and bulbs and touching each bulb to ensure that they were properly connected, will not light. I paid decent money for this tree and I have not gotten my money's worth. And to add insult to injury, there is no company to contact for customer support because the company is no longer in business (no surprise there). I will think TWICE before EVER purchasing ANYTHING with Martha Stewart's name attached as I see her products are NO BETTER than if it was from a dollar store and customer service SUCKS.

Does anyone know where I can order a replacement cord for the fiber-optic 6 foot Christmas tree? We bought one almost 20 years ago at Walmart, the only problem we have is the cord has separated. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If one light goes out do they all go out on the small lights not the fiber optic?

In a military move we lost a piece to the base of our 6ft FO tree stand. The stickers give me no clue to model number or how to order to missing part. Can anyone help? I would submit a photo, but I do not see a way to do so.

lzatlokow

We bought a 4ft fiber optic Christmas tree it also came with regular little lights. It's a beautiful little tree. We purchased this several years ago at K-Mart. The problem I have is with the power pack cord for the fiber optics, it will get extremely hot. We have it plugged into a regular outlet and not a power cord. So I have started not using this option which does not give you the full effect. I now see this company is probably out of business. So it comes down to using only part of the tree or get rid of it. Any suggestions?
