Black Box Wentworth 5.5ft

I spent a great deal of time choosing this tree and although it was pricey at £99.00, from the photo (used on many different websites)it appeared to be worth the expense in order to have a realistic tree which should last many years. When it arrived the picture on the box bore little resemblance to the picture used on websites, but still listed it as a 'Wentworth'. I took it out of the box and spent an hour manipulating the greenery thinking that all it needed was a bit of effort. No matter what I did it was impossible to create the dense looking tree I should have been sent. There was great areas of light showing through particularly amongst the lower branches. What the picture doesn't show you is that the tree isn't 'PE' as it is listed. It still has quite a large amount of the cheaper old fashioned sub-branches on it, and not just near the trunk, but clearly visible nearer the ends. An all round disappointing tree.
