Well Done Uk Christmas World

All my orders came on time , mylatest order came with a free box containing a 20 led light set and a bunch of chocolates , wow what a surprise Thank you Uk christmas world for everything , hope you go on to prosper .

Don't Make Next Day Delivery

Don't make a next day delivery you will spend 9£ and still waiting 4 working days...

Ask for refund you will get info you made an order to late of course there is no time limit on their website, on Amazon next day means next day, Wilko has an information to order only till 2pm, with them you must guessing

So just don't take that risk if you don't want to waste your money

This 9£ is one hour of my hard work maybe it's not much for them but for me it is

very disappointed

Misleading Website

Bad Service from start to finish. Misleading information on their website regarding delivery. No email when good despatched and thinks delivery to Glasgow cant be done in two days!!!!!!!

Contemptible Customer Service

Ordered a set of christmas lights from them, where they claim "Next Day Delivery". After 5 days of waiting with £50 already been taken from my account, and with no courier tracking number on the system (which they are supposed to provide!), I finally wrote an email to them (through the Amazon payments system) asking for an update to the order. 24 hours passed, I received no response. Getting concerned, I wrote yet another email through the system, asking for a refund. No response. Now I started to get alarmed and contacted Amazon Payments Customer Service, who chased them up on my behalf. They claimed that they could not issue a refund as the lights were already on a courier van (Yodel) out for delivery. I then chased up myself asking for a courier tracking number, which they provided. Sure enough, the courier showed the same status. I was asked to wait as they would deliver the same day, given it was out for delivery. I waited the whole day, and the courier never arrived. The next morning, I was shocked to find that the courier status said "Customer has changed address" (!!!) and that the item had been returned to their service centre. This was when the address showing up on the courier's interface was the right address, and the address I was sitting at while checking this status!

I called up UK christmas world again to ask them to refund my money, given that it had been over a week now since I ordered these so called "next day delivery" lights and I no longer needed them. After making me hold on for several minutes, they shockingly told me they would only refund my money once they had got old of the lights themselves, which is utterly ridiculous as I never even got to see the lights - they chose the worst courier in the land to deliver the items, they delayed the postage, and they were having trouble tracking the courier down now.

They also claimed that they had never received the emails I sent to them via Amazon Payments (utter lies, as amazon sends instantaneous emails to whatever email address is associated with their accounts) and refused to apologise for the lack of updates on the matter from their side, unless chased by myself or Amazon. Not surprisingly, there are other reviewers on Amazon accusing them of exactly the same conduct as I'm now facing.

AVOID using this company at all costs - for all I know are running this in conjunction with Yodel. All in all, I'm £50 out of pocket and while I have been promised that my money will be refunded when they have received the lights back, I have no confidence that I will ever see this again.

Excellent Service!

We've bought a few Christmas decorations nice and early this year, as sad as it may seem seen as though it is only September. However having moved in to our new house this will be our first Christmas in our new home so we wanted it to be as special as possible.

The UK Christmas World website is very useful, easy to follow and had a crazy amount of decorations to chose from. Luckily they had what we were looking for in stock with it been so early in the year.

I had to contact their customer service team to make sure that we would get the items before we left to go away on holiday which they assured me that they are in stock and would be delivered next day. Great service!

We are very happy with our new decorations and can not wait to get them set up, it may still be a little early for that yet though!
