Texaco Petrol Stations

We bought new lgp bottle for our caravan so went refill which first time found not fill so asked staff for ask he very not helpful. He need be sacking . So went other station he superb help me

The worst petrol station in the world.

Went to fill up my car. I had a baby (9 months) in the car with me. When I wnt to pay I realised I left my purse and all my cards at home. I went and explained the situation but the shop assistant would not have it. He demanded the money or otherwise he would call the poice. I was shocked the way he was treating me. I told him he could take my deatals and my registration number but he would not co-operate. I even offered him my IPhone 5 just to let me go and get my purse. He was just not having it. I am a single mother and I don't have my family with me.by the time all this was happening, my baby start being upset, I was disstressed. After arguing with him for a while I asked for a manager, thinking he will be more compassionot but the manager was even worst. I know I am in wrong for forgetting my cards but I think the system should be in place where they should give you a chance to pay. My face was all over the camera and there is no way I could run away and not pay the bill. Anyway, the bill was only £10. However, in the end when my child start crying and being very distressed he allowed me to go and collect my card. And while I was leaving he said to me in such a way that if I don pay they will be after me. I could not believe the way he was treating me. I went home straight away and called them immediately and settled the bill. The guy over the phone just said to me he was doing his job and a lots of people would not pay. But I am not like that. I would never leave without paying. I think, this particular garage needs a customer service training as they are horrible to their customers and they need to have a system in place where you have a certain time to pay. I promised my self I would NEVER go there again.

Absolutely awful customer service, the attitude of some of the members of staff at this garage is appalling. There have been two occasions now were I have had to put up with rude and obnoxious behaviour from staff. You wouldn't think that I was trying to give them money!

I would rather run out of fuel and walk than give anymore custom to this garage, thankfully a new Esso garage has opened nearby and they will be getting my business from now on.

My husband put £10.00 in the car this afternoon, the petrol gauge didnt register. He calmly went in to say what had happened. The manager was very off with my husband because he said that he didnt think the petrol had cone out of the pump. She got very nasty with it and refused to give my husband the texaco complaints number. she then turned to him and said is it your wife thats always in here complaining about the pumps not work. When ive never been in that texaco. Rude woman, we will be avoiding all Texaco fuel stations in future. You seriously want to give ur staff training on manners.

This Texaco was a shop and fuel station on Gwindra Road in Cornwall. We pulled into this station as mum in law who is 80. Frail and disabled was unwell and needed urgent assistance. We were stopped for less than 5 minutes and during that time I had spent 5.00 on cold drinks and tablets for mum in law. After assisting her I was getting back in the car when a small pathetic excuse for a man said can you move your car we intend to sell petrol tonight. The petrol station and shop were empty no one was waiting to use the pumps and the car we were in is a mobility car naked clearly with a disabled badge. I told the idiot I had been attending to an elderly disabled person who was ill and he said nothing and just smirked. If I was not so restrained. I would have got back out of the car and thumped the ignorant pig.

Just been to fill up my car at Ecclesall Rd Texaco station Sheffield. Was greeted by a guy behind the desk on his mobile phone who pointed to the card machine. I waited and asked him what he wanted me to do, so he pointed again and tutted. I then said that I am a CUSTOMER and i would appreciate if he put his phone down and serve me. He replied that he was on his phone talking to his manager. So I queried that If his manager allowed him to talk on his mobile whilst serving then they were both in the wrong job. Do this in any other walk of life and you would be sacked. Utterly pathetic company.I'll never use them again

Abused in a non verbal or physical way....But in a man touching and grabbing and harassing a female way. :(

I went in to fill my car up gave the staff 40 pounds in coins gave me a horrible look asked if i had any notes when i said no tutted under his breath counted the coins threw the bags at the back when asked for a receipt did not say thankyou this is not the first time staff had did this you get thankyou or please i also have 2 shops i would never treat my customers like that as long as they pay for goods that all doesnt matter if its change or notes horrible staff will not be using that petrol station again

I had a family member that was dying and I told the female attendant I was in a hurry but didn't mention why. I got gas several months later there and she got in my face accusing me of telling her to hurry up one day. I will not be getting my gas there again.

i was very upset the way the staff at the texaco cararge in fen gate pterborough yesturday ands the manager was ten times wores i have got a bad hart and it made me ill way way i was talked to i will now be seeking legle advice and i am going to the news pappers abbout your staff
