What an outstanding member of staff. Very helpful and patient. Happy to explain terms i was not familiar with. Went the extra mile to ensure our drivers and the company got the best from the fuel cards.

Fuel Card Services are an appalling company to deal with and rotten to the core for the surcharges on their transactions. They're not interested in fixing this problem which clearly shows this comes from the top of the company in the hope they will sign big accounts up who will not check their transactions against their invoices. Sadly they have left us with no alternative than to raise a small claims court claim against them for the extra surcharges we have incurred. AVOID this company at all costs.

I have been with this company for a few years, when fuel was cheap at the pumps they said they had paid for it before it went down. So you may think when fuel went up at the pumps you may benefit, don't be daft. Not interested in keeping loyal customers. You pay a lot more with them than at the forecourt.

I think the service from my account manager was amazing, he took his time and helped me review my monthly fuel spend about 6 months ago and I have just seen the saving overall from my accountant, £3000!!! on a big spend like mine at nearly £10k a month, an extra £3k after 5 months is astonishing. Absolutely shocking company. Rip off with the prices and very unhelpful. He is very arrogant and does absolutely nothing to help the customer. Not sure why people like him are employed to deal with customers who spend thousands of pounds through them. Management should listen in to his calls more often as he always seems to be pre occupied with other thing rather than help the customer. Also prices are very high and you have to be sure to check them weekly as the sneaky rouge company try to hike prices up hoping you won't realise and you then end up paying around 10p more than the actual pump price. Just pay at the pump instead as it will be much cheaper for you in the long run. Short term you save around 2p long term you pay about 10p more. This company should be ashamed of itself and with staff as bad as that there's not even a good customer service
