Ordered on line which was easy enough then when paying decided to go for next day delivery and paid the extra. When the plates did not turn up tried contacting showplate direct 7 times with absolutely no response. All I wanted to know was when my plates would actually be delivered. I had been given a tracking number which was for Royal Mail only to find that they were waiting for the package.

I eventually got my plates but asked for the next day delivery cost to be refunded or I will mention in a review, it was only then that I started getting replies from them

So IF you do use then don’t expect any communication from them if things go wrong or simply want and update you will get no response until you have to threaten with a bad review. CUSTOMER SERVICE none existent be warned

Just received my plates and they are first class, delivery was very quick, would recommend this firm to anybody who requires number plates

I ordered a front and rear plate but both were damaged when they arrived and they looked like they have been dropped on the edges. I contacted Showplates direct and enclosed pictures of the faulty goods but they have just ignored my messages. Clearly customer satisfaction is not their strong point.

I needed road legal number plate. i've chosen LEGAL PLATE BUILDER and within this builder i've selected one of available sizes. But this crappy plate builder built NON LEGAL PLATE NUMBER. Absolutely no information its not legal when top of the page shows its road legal.

when I requested refund as I received non legal plate number I was totally ignored. absolutely no support after sale.

I would say avoid unless you want a crappy number plate which can be used during shows only.

better go to Halfords and get one done in 5 minutes, same price and better quality

Absolutely no professional.I was ordering front plate (witch one is white )but I received rear plate(witch one is blue) not recommended

Sent my plates but with a error in the font colour of the 3D - the grey was really light. I've bought before without any problems so tried to go back to the company to give them the opportunity to rectify the issue, now you realise why there is no phone number or address, simply an email address, I was and continue to be completely ignored.

I've started using gbshowplates now and they seem to be much more trust worthy.
