Ipswich Building Society County 10

I visited the Woodbridge branch of Ipswich Building Society recently and I was really very impressed by the service I received. I don't normally write reviews, but I wanted to comment about how refreshingly delighful it was to be able to sit down and have a chat about all of my financial needs whilst feeling very relaxed. Normally, going to a bank or building society can be quite intimidating as I always worry that I will be 'mis-sold' an account/product. However, the gentleman who served me, who was called Jason, immediately put me at ease with his relaxed yet informative style. He was very thorough and very clear and filled me with confidence - it genuinely felt like he was trying his best to match an account with my exact needs. I ended up opening a County 10 which is a really good 90 day account and I am very happy. I was new to Ipswich Building Society prior to my visit, but i'm really glad that I decided to pay them a visit. The other two members of staff in the branch at the time were also a pleasure to talk to and I would strongly recommend others who are reading this review to go and open an account with Ipswich Building Society! Jason has even said he will personally give me a call about my Home Insurance next year as well, which I look forward to discussing with him! Great job!
