Found this company sloppy, unresponsive and very unprofessional.

We needed a very straight forward survey doing and I just wish there had been some reviews to go on before employing this company.

The survey contained errors, and when asked to put them right we were ignored.

Weeks and weeks went by, then the invoice came in and it took 3 emails in all before the very simple errors were put right.

In this day and age of all the social media platforms, I can't believe people would compromise their reputation.

We would never use this company again, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Unfortunately a zero rating is not an option, but that is exactly what I would give them if I had a choice.
