Grove and dean

I went through grove and dean and paid £121 for a motorcycle insurance policy to start on 13-04-2023 I received an email after my policy was written up to start , it asked me to get in touch via live chat to discuss my policy they hadn’t the guts to phone me up my phone number was on my profile when I contacted them nothing was mentioned about mileage only about a windscreen claim I said a motorcycle doesn’t have a windscreen I am insuring a motorcycle not a car they kept going on about a windscreen claim I said it was for a car and there was protected bonus on it I asked them to give me the registration of the car which they couldn’t disclose the also asked me to send a photo of my motorcycle in the garage where it is kept at night I said I have never had to do this before and on principle I said no just cancel my policy that hadn’t even started I can give my reference number to anyone who needs it to show this review is genuine ,Grove and Dean then charged me £55 for the privilege of cancelling my insurance that hadn’t even started yet
