8 months later and I still haven't received the policy documents after numerous emails.

bought on go compare Feb 2016 after last quote £366 third party from hastings express insurance offered fully comp £326 do took it and better cover.

I had no problems with them from Feb to now I spoke to them once this was to tell me Caroline Nash would take over and send renewal letter next year.

one thing that needs saying is watch out when you pay monthly as they take out when they like I've have 1st month 5th I think 10th to but had money in but this could be problem to other customers.

Fantastic site. Well done. Would highly recommend to family and friends. I only use my scooter for flying around for fun. It's pink and ridiculous but I love it and drive safely. It goes 30mph depending on how fat my ass is at the time. Ha. Loved the site. Easy to use and no hassle

Bought the insurance online but wasn't able to put that I'd had my car license for 7 years and bike for 3 years instead it put both down as 7 years which I didn't realise, after them getting in touch saying about fraud I contacted them and for the change they charged me an extra £60/£80 I said well cancel it instead to which I was told well I'd have to pay a fee for that too so I've had no choice but to stay with them as couldn't afford the fee and to pay for the insurance.

Never had to make a claim so can't rate them for assistance.

Was so easy getting insurance sorted within 5 mins over happy with this service and hope for a good partnership with insurance on my bike so easy and helpful
