Buy Cheap Buy Twice

Worst company ever. I unfortunately went with this company years ago due to cheap quote for fully comprehensive plus which includes windscreen cover and ncb protection. Screw you at every turn....try buying a new car and your premiums cost double with absolutely no reason and even though you have just paid a renewal within 28 days and change your car they refuse to account for this in new quote or to refund you the full 11 months unused. Absolute sham. No other way of contacting to get info in writing as only chats that suspiciously disappear. Lucky i took screenshots of my conversations. Going further about this.

Still waiting for the ridiculously small refund they have decided to give after, as said, only 28 days of cover used. Can't believe they are still allowed to be in business.

Stay away....

No matter what you think it will cost you in the long run. NEVER EVER AGAIN!

Worst Customer Service

I was denied assistance by customer service rep whilst trying to renew. She untimately just ended the webchat prematurely to be difficult and denied me avcess to follow and my NCB. Your systems and procedures are the most ineffective and dubious I have ever encountered. Its glaringly obvious your reps intention is to dodge customer engagement at any cost and pass the buck. To be honest I dont know how you are still evading the regulator with your dodgy practice. Ditectly afyer my dealings with her I called Axa and in 30 mins had cover arranged. Easy, efficient, professional and best of all personal. You could lear a thing or two from them.

I have had a terrible experience. Customer service is terrible. You cannot phone them. Its all online. I tried to change insurance to a brand new car. They were looking for documents that are impossible to provide when purchasing a brand new car like a log book. Log books come a week after taxing a new car. I uploaded vrt docs but they kept looking for a log book. I phoned day before to prepare and wasn't given the information. I wasted a whole day back and forth and waited for calls. I would avoid unless you have lots of time on your hands. It's very difficult to make changes to your policy

Ridiculous Insurance Company

Its4Women is the worst car insurance company I have ever had a policy with. I received constant threatening emails and letters about my policy being cancelled due to failure to upload documents that I had uploaded several times to the portal already. After I uploaded each requested document, they then flagged my NCT which had been booked. Unfortunately my car then failed the NCT but they wouldn’t cover me for the retest which is in one weeks time and proceeded to cancel my policy. Agents on the chat constantly disconnected and left the chat. When they phoned they wouldn’t stay on the call to sort it out just constantly asking me to upload more documents. So unhelpful, I honestly question if they are just racist against Irish people….it is based in Northern Ireland after all…was set up for failure from the start.

Terrible

looked for an email address to contact them as i'm 'forbidden' access due to some technical issue that I don't know how to solve so cannot access the website. No phone number and no email - had to engage a third party insurance company who kindly obliged me by forwarding on my email. I was looking for the no claims bonus letter in order to insure with a new company. And the new company is cheaper than their renewal figure.

This has to be the most frustrating insurance company ever. They have no personal service just send emails or text messages telling you to log into their portal. Don't explain what the issue is then threaten to cancel the policy. Advise you to use their online chat service which takes up to an hour. Keep you waiting several minutes for a reply when you do get online chat (if you can wait for over 1 hour) then will disconnect you if you have a delay. Can not advise in a simple email or perhaps even a call to you what the problem is (maybe a picture of the back of your driving licence ) just love to hassle and threaten customer with the power of cancelling car insurance. Cant wait to get rid of them worst decision ever to take a policy with them. Avoid Avoid avoid ... wish I had read the reviews first

Awful Experience!

Worst insurance company I have dealt with ever! If I could give zero stars I would. Told me I had claims that never even existed. Then when I got police to double check for me clean record)! they blamed the police for wrong info! No refund as yet. Customer service is appalling, one sentence replies to emails if they answer, charges to answer phone calls. Rude staff, I could go on and on. Avoid at all costs. Have now insurance with a proper company with nice staff for sixty euro more, lesson learnt!

Terrible Experience

No phone number can only get though to email and chats.

Staff very rude have closed chat on me twice, so far am waiting for my refund on a policy that was cancelled on the 20th February.

No one will tell me how much of it i will get or when i will get it.

Aparantley am in a cue, waiting for my refund to be calculated.

Very stressed out and frustrated. Do not fall for their cheap quotes.

Extremely Bad Customer Service

If there had have been an option to give no stars I would have taken it. The customer service is abysmal . I had my insurance disc taken out of my car approximately 4 weeks ago .With any other company not a problem,phone them up get another sent out .With this company even getting to speak to anybody is a problem. I tried online to speak to someone on their live chat eventually after about 25 mins managed to speak to someone who told me I would get a call back to take my card details to pay for the new disc. Two hours later Im still waiting.Before that about a week and a half ago I left my number over the phone with them and was told by an automated voice I would get a call back as soon as a customer rep became available ,I waited a full week before I gave up.When I first signed up with this company they got the spelling of my name wrong that took weeks It would be a nightmare. Please stay away from this,Its really not worth the money you save.
