3 pairs of trainers all lasted 3-5 months before the soles fell off.
These although cheap are the worst trainers we have ever purchased. 3 different children so not a child thing a trainer thing cheap tat.Last time we took the pair back to our local jd in Crawley they were rude and disrespectful. Rang customer services they no help either.

There is an item missing from my delivery!
Please look into this. Missing item.
I ordered three items and only two were delivered! We received one packet with two boxes of trainers only. I’ve contacted your customer services and they believe the items were delivered (absolute shambles). We received one package with two pairs of trainers and no jacket!! Your customer services won't accept responsibility and have supposedly emailed DPD. This isn’t good enough as you haven’t delivered a product we have paid £200 for.
I have photos of the package and packaging you delivered and it’s not big enough to fit the jacket inside too, it’s clearly not been packed or it’s in a separate bag that’s went missing!
Myself and my family will never buy from JD sports again!!!!

Helpfull And Friendly Staff
Just visited JD Sport at Selly Oak B'Ham branch. was helped by a lovely young man. He was courteous and helpful, even tho the item I was looking for was not available he took the time to find me similar items in order that I could confirm the size that I would require should I decide to order at a later date over the internet. Thank you man, you are a credit to the store and I hope this review gives you the recognition you deserve.

Unable To Give Zero Stars
Ordered and paid for clothing on 27th November and am still waiting for it to be delivered into store even though it was apparently dispatched over a week ago. Customer service is an absolute joke and have no idea what they are doing. An absolute waste of time and money. I am gutted that you have to give one star minimum because they simply don’t deserve even one star.

Worst Customer Service Ever.
I bought a football top for my brothers birthday from JD Sports website which says that they will deliver the item within 5 days or so. I called my brother to see if he got his top on his birthday which was 10 days after I ordered the top and nothing had arrived. I then emailed their customer service to enquire why it hadn’t arrived and they didn’t respond to me till 4 days later. I was then told they didn’t have the item in stock but they still took my money straight out of my account. They said they would refund me and I would receive the refund within 5 working days, it is now 7 working days later and I have still not received my money. I would advise anyone to stay clear of this company as they are very unprofessional.

Online Order Delivery To Australia
Ordered a Leeds football Shirt for my son paid in full.
Shows as on its way. This has been going on for nearly six months. Contacted Customer service and was informed it was arriving soon. That was over four weeks ago. Sorry but I think I may have kissed my money goodbye. What a disgrace and they still bombard my e mail account with advertising. Shonky as don't touch them with a ten foot pole unless you want to burn money.

On-line service is disgraceful. Customer Service telephone line is none existent - no-one answers, your just left waiting! Email help is not answered. I've placed 2 orders - the first was for local store delivery within 2-3 days. One week later, according to the online tracker, the item hadn't even left the warehouse. Placed another order for next day delivery as item was now needed urgently, this didn't arrive either. I've tried every which way to contact JD Sports and not yet been able to speak to anyone - makes me wonder if anybody actually works in their Customer Service department !!

Appalling Service At Oxford Street
I attended the store in Oxford street a week ago and have never seen such appalling service. The staff believe they are "ultra cool" and apparently that includes dismissive or no service at all. When I lodged a complaint as had been given too small shoes for my son after saying they are too small to the person and being dismissed and talked out of a larger size, returned to Australia to find they were indeed too small and the company wanted me to send them back to the UK... at my expense. Would not recommend anyone purchase products from this company at all.

Terrible service from JD sports today. Ordered trainers for my daughters birthday, JD sports sent the wrong ones. Reordered another pair within minutes of the delivery arriving, explained it was a birthday present and asked to pay for next day delivery. Told it was not available due to sale and would take up to 5 working days to be delivered.
24 hrs later my repeat order hasn't t even been accepted at the warehouse. Rang again, completely unhelpful. No present for my 12 year old in 2 days time now despite paying for 2 pairs of expensive trainers. Terrible service from JD sports - buy elsewhere if you can!
Delivery From Warehouse To Bluewater
I opted for delivery to the Bluewater store for my son's trainers. I received an email saying that my order was "accepted" (which I think is an arrogant way of saying thank you for your order) and was informed that I would receive another e-mail once my purchase had been despatched. A week later, and a few phone calls later, my parcel was still in the warehouse so I was informed that it would definitely be delivered to Bluewater the next day. I went there to find that the parcel was STILL in the warehouse. I hope it will be delivered tomorrow but I won't hold my breath (if it isn't, it won't be in time for my son's birthday). In summary, if you haven't got a specific required by date and don't mind waiting a long time and you can get something at a good price, then go for it but if can get it at a similar price elsewhere, then definitely do that. I won't be ordering from them again in a hurry!!

Has anyone ordered from JD Sports online from the US?
My daughter bought the wrong size trainers for her sons 10th birthday, as his feet had grown. They will not exchange for a bigger size as it is past 28 days return policy. Has anyone else had this problem? One very sad small child.
Good luck with that one! The only way to hit this company hard is by not shopping there anymore. Since I stopped shopping at JD Sports, I've discovered the same products much cheaper. Maybe you could sell the trainers on to someone else via Gumtree?
Hi guys just wondering if anyone can help.
My son has ordered almost 300.00 of holiday items from jd sports between them and city link have had me on a goose chance for the past week it turns out our order has been lost in the depot of city link Edmonton iv been told although the items have clearly not been scanned out for delivery my son has to wait for a claim form . He s on holiday Saturday the form should have been here today but hasn't come there's obviously no chance of his order being sent back out in time or a refund now. I can't see why we have to wait for a form when jd and city link have told me they have lost it at the depot it's a joke my son hasn't another 300 pounds or time as he work to be left like this I don't know what else I can do please help?
I haven't received my parcel from JD Sports but I've been told its been delivered by my hermes, I've contacted them and they've told me I need to contact JD Sports. Can someone help me with this please?
I would contact JD Sports ASAP by email and phone -but I found I had to chase them everyday until they finally answered, but I would also contact my credit/bank card company to get advice, as I believe they can help you with a refund if you haven't received the item.
