Monsoon Have Deleted My Rewards Points
Has anyone else had their Rewards points removed from their account by Monsoon?
I have just found that my account has been zeroed without my knowledge and I have lost Reward points I earned on hundreds of pounds worth of purchases last year. Their customer service are unwilling to reimburse me the points and say that they have zeroed my account due to the points having been a gesture of goodwill! Hardly, I earned them by legitimately spending a lot of money with them under a scheme that they were operating that rewarded customers with points that reflected the amount they had spent on Monsoon and Accesorize goods.
I feel like I’ve had money taken from me now that they’ve removed my points and set a zero balance that they are unwilling to discuss. This is no way to treat a loyal repeat customer.
This seems to be happening in other stores too that give reward points . I've given up and don't bother anymore as usually all their wanting is peoples email address when setting up these accounts just to send junk advertising emails

Customer Services
I rang to have points added to my card as I had forgotten to take it out with me. I was told it was closed and to ring back between 9 and 5.30 when it is open. I was ringing at 5.10pm so why was it closed. I rang another number found on website and was told by a recording that everyone is busy. Call back later. I couldn't find anywhere on the site to do this myself as the girl in the shop told me to. Hence the useless phone call.

"reward" Card - What A Joke
I couldn't agree more with the reviews on here. I too have been religiously using my reward card (I use the term 'reward' loosely) for at least 4 years and have not received a single voucher. Three times I have contacted them about this and the first two responses were curt and unhelpful; when I asked for it to be escalated, I finally had a thorough response from someone who was able to tell me that because I had said I didn't want to receive any marketing tat from them and had ticked the 'no correspondence' box, it also meant they couldn't contact me to tell me that my vouchers were ready for use. Huh? I did point out the flaw in this ridiculous setup but they were unmoved; they refused to honour any of the vouchers I had accumulated in good faith so I told them to close my account down and that I'd take my custom elsewhere. They sent me a polite response to that but there was no interest in retaining my custom or trying to rectify the situation. I wouldn't touch them with a bargepole now.

Difficulty In Redeeming Rewards
I have had a rewards card for approximately 2 years and have never once received any notification as to the amount of my points and how to redeem them. I did come across by accident my total rewards for February but I calculated I should have had much more points. I have tried to make contact with rewards customer services to no avail. I have came to the conclusion that I have missed the chance to redeem my rewards.

Reward Card Ripoff!
I feel I have been done by the Monsoon Reward card scheme! I've been shopping in Monsoon for years, usually purchasing sale items as full price are a bit expensive. In November 2011, I was asked to join the Reward Card scheme. It sounded a bit like the Boots Advantage card ie. for every pound you spend you earn a point and as the points add up you can use them as discount on a future purchase. It sounded like a good idea so I signed up. Soon afterwards my card arrived in the post and I set to work accumulating points. Interestingly, I found myself going to Monsoon a little more often than usual because I had the card and after just over a year I had collected almost 400 points. That's a spend of £400 which sounds like a lot but as I was now buying more full price items the points were accumulating easily. I waited eagerly for my voucher to arrive and last week it did! It was for £10. I thought there must be a mistake so checked my online account. I had 394 points accumulated since November 2011. I then phoned up customer service and they informed me that of my 394 points, 130 had expired as they only last a year on the card. I couldn't believe it...... THE POINTS EXPIRE!!! Apparently, I should have read about that in the small print terms and conditions. Anyway, I thought I would cheer myself up by taking trip to Moonsoon today to use my £10 voucher. I picked up a top in the sale, decided to buy it and went to pay at the desk. Unfortunately, the voucher could not be used as the item was in the sale. I couldn't believe it...... YOU CAN'T USE IT IN THE SALE!!! I left the shop with no purchase and my £10 voucher which is currently no good to me and it expires in 2 months, yes, THE VOUCHER EXPIRES!!!
I'm not sure I could be bothered anymore. All this retail manipulation is exhausting.
Monsoon, the card is getting cut up and our love affair is officially over....
I had my rewards confiscated in some sort of recalibration exercise that felt very unfair. Haven’t spent a penny in Monsoon or Accessorize since. No one likes being taken for a ride. The customer has no rights as the whole reward scheme is at the discretion of the company running it. It sounds like quite a few frequent customers no longer buy from the company due to the way they’ve been treated regarding “rewards”, hope the management feel it was worth loosing these customers over a few vouchers that would likely have been used in conjunction with money in their stores.
Same situation with me , I have spent a lot on the full price items for years only to find my reward has expired ! I am now no longer a loyal customer . Shame on you monsoon, you stuck! !!!!!
Hello, In totally empathize with you . The Monsoon card does not reflect customer loyalty and the accumulated points expire!!!! I have been using my card in Monsoon for years and never received a voucher. I telephoned today and the customer service is poor. I have been informed that their system has my old address despite me updating their system on line with the correct one over two years ago. Told to phone head office.....really, if they where valuing their customers, surely they would do it and come back with a timely response?
Q&A
How do I add points online? I forgot my card when shopping in store and bought two dresses for £99 and £89.
