Preslec

We have purchased from the Preslec Cleveleys store before and the service was excellent. When my mothers washing machine broke we went straight to Preslec in Cleveley's again.

There were complications with delivery as my mother is old and not too well at the moment, the person I dealt with from the Cleveleys Store went out of her way to help us and in the end managed to resolve the issues caused by my mothers situation.

The new washing machine was delivered and installed, the old machine was taken away and everything works great. Very pleased with the service provided.

I have just purchased an electric cooker and hob fro the Cleveleys shop. It is my 4th purchase this year. Once again I am totally satisfied with the service I receive in the shop, the quick delivery of the items and the fitting service provided. From start to finish I am very happy and would recommend to my friends. Thanks al lot to all concerned.

Purchased integrated dishwasher at Preston shop. The price was slightly dearer than a couple of other outlets but the delivery and installation charges were much lower making it a very good deal overall. I was given a delivery and installation date for the day after making the purchase and a specific time. The promised time was kept and the old dishwasher removed and the new one installed very efficiently. The two engineers who did the job were friendly and informative. I would have no hesitation in using them again.

Bought an oven I needed ASAP as mine was broken family to feed, sold me shop ex display , loaded it into my car and said was giving me £10 discount as it wasn't being delivered,,, paid £270 for ex display found it for £175 on Internet. Loads of shops selling it or £189.....

all in all i found preslec to be a pleasant experience, it was nice to talk to the same people each time i visited so the staff were aware of my situation which saved me having to keep explaining what i wanted to do, i did shop around but didn't their set-up impressed me enough to go back
