We bought a new zanussi gas cooker here, fit by their engineers. It wouldn't work properly, we found that they had installed an LPG cooker in our mains gas house. The engineers had never checked. They came and replaced it the next day with the same model in black. We had already waited 2 weeks for a white model to suit our white kitchen. They promised a white model in two weeks. 2 weeks came a went, promises, promises delivery to them in a few days delivery and fitting to us in a few days etc. etc. We are still waiting...
