I am 34 years old. I was having severe lower back pain. It was diagnosed that there is a slipped disc in lower back /spine. She explained me my spine condition in a very simple language and also gave me confidence that if I do exercise regularly then my back pain will get cured and also I can do my day to day activities. She has cleared all my doubts about therapy. She is very attentive and always ready to help out by giving feasible solutions. There was a time when I got disturbed and anxious about my spine condition but my physiotherapist supported and guided me scientifically which helped me to bounce back with positive mind set.
