The hypnosis for sleep is absolutely brilliant. It used to take me at least an hour to fall asleep but now I usually drift off before the end of the track (if not then shortly after) which is great especially as I normally need complete silence before I can fall asleep. Would definitely recommend.

I listened to the plane phobia session 2 days before flying, then again on the day. Flying was not even an issue. I was even laughing when we got some turbulence. Very impressive stuff.
