CAVEAT EMPTOR [BUYER BEWARE]!! GOING BK??? 4 MOS LATER STILL NO JEANS!

I bought a pair of jeans from them back in early March. Then the COVID pandemic hit. Their website went from working on backorders to now taking orders.

As of today (July 6, 2020) now about 4 months later, I still have not received my order.

The weird thing is that they are still taking orders...sound like they are just taking peoples money or they are probably going BK (how can they be planning to retain customers when they over 4 mos to complete an order?)!

No Refunds, No Returns, No Re-Dress, No Consumer Rights!

I bought three 3 piece suits for a wedding party.

9 garments in total.

5 of these garments did not fit.

I spent £760 and was offered a £8 credit note.

Waste of money.

I ordered a pair of black jeans and got blue. After several attempts to get my jeans in black I was basically told I was screwed! I even sent pics of the blue jeans with a clack t-shit on them and ANYONE can clearly see they are not black as ordered. No refund and exchange. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

I was pleasently surprise with the service,especially price is fair. My favourite pair of jeans it is the best choice.

Their website says, “if you are not satisfied with the fit, simply let us know and we’ll give you a free remake” what a joke. They will not fix or remake anything so if your jeans show up and fit weird, you are stuck with them. Theres a reason for all of the 1 star ratings. I ended up donating my jeans to a local charity because they fit skin tight

Avoid this company at all costs. Poor quality clothing and bad sizing. No customer service. Robbed my money.

Sent me the wrong jean color, it smelled like a sewer, had animal hair on it. Was polite to the sales rep, got horrible, dismissive attitude. Spent a month trying to get her to see it was incorrect. Finally had to create a photoshop color code to prove to her they screwed it up. FINALLY, she agreed to return and redo. I had to pay to send back. The second pair shows up: smell fine, still off color, yellow marker all inside the jeans and bled everywhere. Impossible "quality control" could miss that unless it was intentional or there really is no quality control. I am beginning the return process to see if I can get my money back before I send these back. Horrible experience with a company, do not recommend you trying them. Go to a local tailor.

I had a Jacket made for my wife which came out 3 sizes too small. Contacted them for a moth and a half going around and around. They refused to remake it even thou I send numerous photos of it with no avail. They show in there advertisement that the guarantee the fit. They guarantee nothing. Do not do business with this company or you will be sorry.

This company is upside down and full of diahrrea.

I ordered black Stretch jeans ..gave them all the precise required measurements to a fixed measurement of a pair I own.

in general 2+2 = 4...not to them..2+2 to them = 9...

I received my order...put them on and they don't go pass my knees.

Sent them an email and they said they went with my measurements and its my fault so they don't refund but will give me a 20% discount on future purchase.

Their sham is you giving them measurements.

after a few back and forth replies I politely told them to play with themselves and prayed that their god nuke their diahrrea of a country.

Lost my money, which is $100 but I'm not going to die over $100.

But they will because their goat god will nuke them and clean them off...hopefully their air will finally smell fresh.

I should of known or remembered that 15 years ago my sister in law booked a 2 week vacation in India to only cut her vacation short (48 hours)when she got out of the plane and the air that hit her in the face smelled like a fully loaded diaper that she had to cancel everything and leave that country like a bat out of hell.

India: a toilet and a land of beggars...what a shocker

Avoid this company like body crabs or unless you are built like a puzzle.

save your money and give it to the first homeless person you cross as its way more rewarding.

We ordered from MYOJ because we were looking for some bespoke really ultra low rise skinny jeans to have some fun in. I find it's been really difficult to get the fit right in pre-made jeans for men - sitting really low barely above the crotch at the front and daringly low at the back. So I did the measurements and filled them in and hoped for the best.

I have to say they fit just how I wanted them to - ideal for when me and the GF are wanting some fun outdoors. Really skinny and actually the material quality is fine. It actually feels really good and sexy to be wearing them.

Reading the other reviews makes we wonder what I'd think if I wanted jeans for everyday and resilient use or if I was outsize in some way as this seems to be where people have the most issues.

For me they are just what I was looking for.
