Hawkins Bazaar

Bought an item via paypal and received no conformation from Hawkins and no goods arrived after 2 weeks.They ignore you while you go through paypal to claim a refund,very odd.

I only wish I'd read these other reviews before ordering with this company. I ordered some party bag fillers more than 2 weeks before I needed them, but a couple of days to go and they've still not arrived. No responses to my emails sent to customer 'service', though you can barely call it a service. I am now going to order with John Lewis - order today and collect in store tomorrow, for free. That's what I call a professional company - in stark contrast to Hawkin's Bazaar. I just hope I can get my money back. Never again...

I ordered about £50 worth of stocking fillers from this company. When the box arrived some items were missing. I have twice emailed Hawkins and haven't heard a dicky bird. I'm really cross - there's no phone number. I'd never buy from them again.

I have stupidly been taken for a ride TWICE by this company. I have twice ordered various things from their website to use as little prizes for my students at school, and both times the orders have been missing something - which has been paid for. Any effort to email or contact them, numerous times, results in being ignored. They have taken my money for goods I haven't received and done NOTHING to try and rectify the problem. Will never buy from them again.

Same as previous customer, ordered over 10 days ago, still order as pending, paid for 3-5 day delivery, when chased order via e-mail they ignore you completely, 10 e-mails sent now with no reply & no telephone number to call them. No customer service at all, my son was disappointed on his birthday! Recommend you avoid at all cost! Custoerm service doenst exist. Just dont care.

I placed order on a Friday night and paid for a 48 hour delivery however arranged item to be delivered to holiday cottage for partners birthday. We left at 10.00am the following Thursday and hadn't received item.

Apparently item was despatched by company on the Tuesday, emailed them to complain but received no reply. I don't not know if item was delivered will have to wait until next visit to cottage!!

Their carrier did not call at my house (two people at home) at the time they claim the parcel was "left as instructed", i.e. with my neighbour, who was not at home and has not taken any parcel in on my behalf.Several e-mails to their sales address have led to zero response back to me.

Even though the goods were paid for well in advance, and with 48 hour delivery I still didn't receive my order form Hawkins Bazaar. They were not very helpful, and I am still waiting for response to my emails. This made for a desperate Christmas this year. Will I use them again? NEVER.

Hawkins Bazaar - ake sure you get a catalogue before you go, this can be sent to you. Before you make a long trip ring your store to make sure they have what you what as the shops do not always stock what is in the catologue.
