I am beyond frustrated with Nykaa Beauty! This is the fourth time they have confirmed my order but failed to ship or dispatch it. They don't even have the decency to inform me that the order has been canceled or returned to the warehouse without any reason. Every single order was prepaid, and the lack of communication is infuriating.

When I finally contact them to inquire about the status, they give me vague responses and initiate a refund process that is an absolute nightmare. It takes over a month to get my money back, and that's only after I relentlessly pressure them. Their service is appalling, and I still have two products on hold with no resolution in sight. I will never recommend Nykaa Beauty to anyone. Their customer service is horrendous, and they clearly don't value their customers. Stay away from this company!
