Dreadful Service
I ordered a presser foot from this company, I didn’t hear anything from them for two weeks. When I emailed them I was told the order had been shipped. It eventually arrived but it was not the same as the one I had seen on the website and does not fit my Bernina machine. I have since emailed them twice and filled in their online return form but have received no response. I am currently out of pocket to the tune of £30 for an item which I cannot use. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS BUNCH OF SWINDLERS
They Neither Send My Product Nor Answer My Emails

I placed in an order almost two weeks ago and it still shows it is "awaiting fulfillment." I have sent an email to an email address on the website, which came back undeliverable. I also sent them a message on them website. Nothing.
Yes, I finally did but it took months. It was worth it but the lack of confirmation regarding receipt of my order and the fact my credit card was charged made me think this was a bogus site. A friend ordered a bag and hers took several months too. They just don't seem to be available anywhere in the US - I checked everywhere and did many searches. They need to do something to confirm the order and provide you a tracking number.
