First of all the man is honest. He's not going to rip you off. The first time I contacted Rafail of Rafail's Heating , Cooling and Appliance Repair our furnace had stopped working in the middle of winter . I called Rafail and he came down the same day. He determined right away after doing a few tests that the furnace needed a new circuit board . He installed the new circuit board and that took care of the problem and the furnace started working immediately. Then about a month ago we called Rafail because our Air conditioning stopped working and over the phone Rafail determined that it needed a new Capacitor. He then came down the same day and put in the new Capacitor and had the Air conditioner working within an hour and a half. We always keep Rafail's magnetic car on our refrigerator door in case we need to call him again . The man is good.

I have dealt with a lot of appliance repair companies in the past and this by far is the best one. The service was friendly, always on time, and definitely knew what they were doing. They did a diagnoses of my fridge the first day and gave me a very reasonable price. Then came back the following day, fixed within an hour and then my fridge is up and running perfectly.
