Fantastic after sales support. My four year old Softenergeeks water softener has worked flawlessly and economically until a fault occurred recently. I emailed them and someone responded immediately, firstly helping with fault finding accompanied by a video. Once the fault was confirmed, he again replied promptly with advice on how simply rectify the fault, which was just a minor blockage. Again this was accompanied by a video. If only every business treated their customers like this, life as a consumer would be a lot better. Highly recommended product and great afters ales.
