Unbelievably Bad Service

Gas 110 Cooker purchased in October. Dec 19th I wrote to them with photos having sliced through my fingertip and fingernail on the drawer which has a very rough edge. I have had promises of visits from engineers but so far none have been. On further inspection I note that wires are hanging down, as is the insulation on one side of the right hand cooker. I have sent Rangemaster photographs of these and of the drawer. There were other issues, scratches on the enamel of the hob, (I was sent paint to cover these but thought better of it, another advisor said I could polish them away!!) and damage to a hob cap (I was sent one the wrong size) The main issue is the wires hanging down, the insulation disintegrating and being somewhat nervous every time I use the drawer- the edges graze sometimes

Originally they said they'd replace the drawer and the hob... when? When we have them. Then they said they'd send the engineer, but the engineer didn't turn up to look at the wires, drawer or insulation because he didn't have the other parts. In desperation I decided to claim for a damaged finger, I wouldn't have done if they had treated me properly. Now they are insisting they take the drawer away and of course that means the oven won't function properly as the insulation is so poor there will be heat loss directly out. I am not going to allow this as I probably won't get another for a long time. The RangeMaster 110 Gas cooker markets at just under £2000. It was made to order and I expected better value. Very upset that I can be treated so badly.
