We have ordered from this company a few times and also through their eBay site and have had no issues. Delivery was quick and products were fantastic. A really good idea for a garden a much better idea than the boring BBQ.

Ordered a Paella Set for hire on the thursday and they had it with me by the Friday and we live at opposite ends of the country. The set arrived and was easy to set up and we had a great garden party.

Goods ordered, paid for, but not received. I had no response to my emails or answer phone messages until I threatened legal action. I was then promised a full refund which never materialised and there had been no further response from them.

I am now in dispute with them to recover my money.

Do not use this company

Me and my wife have recently arrived back from our Spanish holiday and noticed that outdoor cooking (mainly paella) was rife. We really liked the idea that a lot of Spanish families have little cooking sets that incorporate a gas burner with legs and a big Paella Pan which can be used to cook anything in I suppose. When we returned back to England we were pleasantly surprised to find them for sale online from a company called PaellaWorld. We ordered one immediately and it arrived last night. We had a few friends over and we (and them) were well impressed. What a great idea.
