The Main Oven Fan Broke Twice In The Last Couple Of Years.
Too expensive to replace the second time, so only able to use the top oven.

Neff 1721: Unreliable
We've had our 1721 for nine years, but have had six repairs in that time: four elements and two fans. They've all been covered by insurance but it's very inconvenient when something goes wrong. We've decided not to renew the insurance this year: next time the oven goes wrong we'll replace it, and not with another Neff.

Costly But Poor Quality
Expected a good quality cooker as quite pricey, I have been extremely disappointed after less than 3 years use the plate above the grill in the top oven rusted and fell down onto the grill elements. After speaking to Neff the price to repair was expensive. Advised to leave oven door slightly ajar after use to reduce condensation. I usually wipe oven inside after use as indicated in there manual so couldn't understand why this had happened. After following their advice the cooker knobs started peeling because of the heat and one cracked. (£35 for a new set of 3, they are only plastic covered in foil, found the price excessive.) Only 2 of us use the ovens, although I do have family round on occassion. I would not buy a Neff oven again!
