Rangemaster Classic 120cm Kitchen Hood

I'll be completely honest here - I really thought I had ended up with a noisy and ineffective cooker hood...

However, after not a lot of support from my kitchen supplier I contacted Rangemaster to explain that my cooker hood was not working as it should do. As an aside they did explain to me that the purpose of a cooker hood is only to extract cooking odours not steam as I had thought.

Nevertheless, they sent out a factory engineer to inspect our cooker hood - he ran every test possible and eventually concluded that our kitchen installer had not installed the hood properly - the roof vent was impeding the air flow. we have now installed a new vent and all is well.
