Tefal Maxi Compact

This is potentially a very dangerous product. The hinges of the lid are not very secure and sometimes when closing the lid the rear hinged part springs up while the front of the lid is locked in position. This makes it difficult to rectify when very hot and frying. Another improvement would be to make the oil compartment detachable for easier cleaning.

I would only recommend this product to the Health and Safety Executive for design improvements.
