Awful

Awful.

Offer £30 when signing up via link, then dont honour after 3 months.

Sent me £10 and a link that did not work but said they cant send anymore and that they dont send Amazon vouchers!

Took 2 1/2 hours and still got nowhere after each rep told different lies and when called out on it just transferred me to someone else.

Already got my PAC, signal wasnt great and without the redemption bonus there is nothing they do I cant get anywhere else.

Very Poor Service

I signed up for 1 month with Voxi. So wish I never and like the other person above wasted a fair few hours of my time. I selected the option to not carry the on the 1 month rolling contract. Yet Voxi decided to take another months money. Not trying to get your money back is close to impossible on web chat which is really only the option as there isn’t a phone number.

I was told 11 working days to start with after that the money never got refunded. So again back to their web chat - which I got told to wait 24 hours and if it’s not in contact them again. Guess what it never went in so contact web chat again for a few hours. I was then put through to the manager Rajya who’s was very unhelpful and got told it was because of a name issue and I’d been sent emails. I can assure you i these emails were never sent. As for name issue he couldn’t give me any reason behind this. So I’m left with hours wasted of my time and no refund.

After my experience I’d just not use this company - they are looking to rip people off. Don’t get caught out by these like I have

Don't Waste Your Precious Time

I have been particularly happy with Smarty but having moved, the three network it piggy backs is not great indoors. So I decided to give VOXI a go. I sent off for my SIM and received it in 2 days. All good so far I thought until it came to pay and activate. I paid my £10 by Paypal then inserted the sim card. The phone which is not locked and never has been started with an error code relating to media which would not go away. I put my old sim in and all was fine. I tried again with VOXI and the same thing happened. I tried with my children's ee network sims and vodafone sims and all was OK so i was satisfied it was the VOXI sim.

I tried to contact them on their web-chat and you need to put a phone number in. I have no phone number, just a serial number for the SIM. My daughter rang Vodafone and explained the problem as VOXI piggy backs their network. There was nothing the Vodafone agent could do but he did at least advise that we put 11 zeros in the phone number portion on the web-chat. Hey presto, it worked! Then I was informed that the agents are busy dealing with other customers but I will be helped shortly......35 minutes later and many other attempts, no answer. I have thrown the sim in the bin, cancelled the monthly auto renew and have now contacted paypal!

Be warned....i wasted 2 hours of my life all together trying to sort out something with a company that clearly has major issues!
