I have been a customer with InTouch Calls for almost 1 years and I can honestly say i have never had a problem, and wouldn't think twice about recommending them to anyone. Its refreshing to be able to talk to a human who understands me instead of all these automated systems.

Their prices are great, in fact another company called me earlier this year and offered me a package that was going to work out less than i was paying at the moment, so i called them up and told them about it and they matched the rates that i had been offered.

Overall, like i say - a good company. I really like discussion groups and i always research before taking any plunges with things (bit of a ditherer - lol) however its flustrating when people only seem to write reviews when they have experience problems. All companys have them ....

Anyways, in answer to your question, In-Touch Calls are ok in my book. The other company you mention i dont know so couldnt comment.
