We bought Hunter Inglenook Gas Stove from Direct Stoves. Their price was excellent compared with other firms, especially with things like a free stove pipe and register plate included. I had a couple of queries before placing the order and they came back to me immediately with answers. When I placed the order they called to say it was a special order item so would be a few weeks before they got it in stock, and it did take some time. But the day it arrived with them, they called to let me know and arrange a delivery date. The item was well packed and delivered safely. The stove itself looks amazing. Really happy with the service from start to finish.

I went for one of the newer Charnwood C-Five BLU stoves and after being let down by another company spoke to Direct Stoves who had the stove in stock but needed to get the Rear Heat Shield ordered in but they managed to get it within a few days so i could still get it delivered before my installation date. All my calls were answered promptly and all the staff seemed friendly and helpful I would certainly recommend them and use again!
