Zero Stars!!!...absolutely Hopeless!
ZERO STARS!!!...Absolutely hopeless! Left us without heating or hot water for 42 days over October-November whilst claiming my boiler was 'Beyond Economic Repair' and 'parts are not available anymore'. I ended-up employing my own local engineer and purchasing the part myself- from one of over a dozen on-line suppliers- and getting the whole thing fixed within 3 days for under £240! how is this 'beyond Economic' when compared to a replacement boiler costing £ thousands except that I'd be doing the paying and not 'Yourrepair'. !!!!AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! They seem to prey on the vulnerable, those without the knowledge, will, or ability to fight back and pursue their rights. Interestingly 'YourRepair' a boiler insurance company who systematically seem to refuse claims and condemn perfectly repairable boilers is owned by the same person who also owns another company 'Hometree' who sell and fit replacement boilers for those which have been condemned as 'Beyond Economic Repair' by 'Yourrepair'... Coincidence?
Shockingly Bad Company
Called them out a number of times. Didn't fix the problem and communication was non existent. Left two elderly people without heating for days.Had to get another company to fix the problem which they did straight away. Stay clear.

This outfit are bordering, the contracts are virtually impossible to get out of, they renew without contacting you, can’t cancel over the phone, judging by general reviews I’m not the only one,
I now use Domestic and general, can highly recommend

Poor Service, Rude Staff, Not Worth The Money.
Rang on a Thursday after discovering a leak under my boiler. Paid £95 for someone to come out the next day and then after reporting his findings to YouRepair, a further 4 working days went by before they contacted me and stipulated that washers where not covered within the Policy. After reviewing the small print, hardly anything is covered and I am paying £10 a month for poor customer service and a 90% chance of no resolution. It is also worth noting that you will have to do all the chasing in booking in the plumber etc as YouRepair do very little to support the job/problem.
The Boiler service is also not a proper strip down clean service, even though my boiler is in desperate need of one. So I am paying £120 for nothing and I will have to repair all faults with the boiler and a proper service out of my own pocket, their Service guide / promise isn't worth the paper it is written on.
I would cancel if I could, but I am trapped paying for hot air for the next 7 months. Couldn't be more disappointed if I tried. Appalling CS!!

This company should be called we'll do anything not to do your repair. It's a complete rip off they make excuses not do do any work.. If you actually read their small print your not covered for anything!!! they are a complete waste of time and effort! dealing with them is awful I'm horrified by their actions.

Their insurance doen't cover every part of the boiler, so if your boiler breaks down the break down could quite possible not be covered under the policy leaving you having paid a monthly premium for no reason at all

Worse Company, Stay Away
They send in incompetent engineers, who have the worse reviews online, they don't know what to do and engineers keep changing until one comes who do an incompetent job. The term and conditions lock you into a contract which you can't get out of unless you pay extortionate amount of money. Don't be lured in by their offers and low price. You get what you pay for..

Nightmare
I signed up a few weeks ago for this policy. Today I need an emergency repair as I have no heating or hot water. Called h to e contact centre for an hour with no reply then raised a repair online. No response and it is -2 - this is really the worst service ever!!
Left Without Heating Today
I called thismorning first call got cut off the second call i was assured someone would call me 9 hrs later still no heating nobody has contacted me as for the phone number it just rings out pretty poor service time to look elsewhere read the small print it states an emergency is considered if you have no heating from september onwards nov the 5th still waiting !!!

Beware: Read All The Exclusions Carefully!!
Initially seemed like a good choice but when they said they didn't cover a part on my boiler,I went back to read the exclusions and I'm now wondering exactly what is covered as the exclusions exclude just about everything!!!
Lesson learned for me - read the small print in its entirety within the first 14 days so you have a chance to cancel once you have read them.
