Salus-tech Boiler Control - St620vbc, Works, Eventually

Background: This is a clever boiler control - it communicates with a plate put in the boiler via radio, so can be anywhere in the house, has a radio controlled clock and you can program all seven days the same, split the week 5 days/2 days or program each day individually. It works like an Ipod, with a black on white (backlit) display which is good. You have to go right through, e.g. the day's heating settings so to alter one thing you press OK a lot, but it's quick once you know.

So why only three stars? The radio controlled clock jumped forward an hour overnight so the heating was coming on an hour early every morning. I 'phoned technical support and they advised setting Daylight Saving Time (summer/winter time) on, but it made no difference. The answer (thank you Amazon reviews! which you can search) is to set the time zone to -1. But the real problem is that if this product goes wrong and support can't solve this common, simple problem, you're on your own.
