Glow Worm Flexicom SX

The boiler Glow Worm Flexicom SX was installed in June 2013, but within two years its become a real problem. The first service took place but because I did not know about the booklet being completed, it makes the warranty void. Unfortunately the original fitters moved away and I have not been able to track them down to confirm the visit went ahead. So for the last few years despite it having had an annual service each year and a great deal of other work done, we just can't keep it fixed and the manufacturers guarantee is invalid due to the booklet missing the entries to prove the first service.

Normally it says F9, but now its F13, F1, etc - its relentless. Glow Work refused on a number of occasions to help, even after one boiler engineer spoke to them saying the boiler definitely has a manufacturing fault. We have had so many visits out to see this boiler by various heating people that I really regret not just having it ripped out and a new one fitted. But not a Glow Worm. Every time its cold, wintry, freezing - it stops working. It has no sensible purpose whatsoever. Total regret. Lesson to be learnt, don't trust your fitter to put whatever one they want to in. Check them all out and make a informed choice. I left it to the company, thinking they new best, but we have had to live with it ever since.
