Useless Company Blaming Manufacturers
I'd be very careful ordering from this company the customer service is no existent and I am shocked other buyers have not had the same experience. They don't respond to issues with orders incorrectly delivered and blame the manufacturers for the issue when this has nothing to do with your problem. STAY AWAY!

Warranty Issue
If things go well with your purchase, you could be forgiven for leaving a positive review.
However, when things go wrong expect the following:
Reassuring emails, which lack substance.
Requests for patience, with no follow-up.
No initiation of contact.
I am now 8 weeks into a request for help following product failure and am no further forward.
I'm having to resort to a claim back under section 75 of the consumer credit act.
BE WARNED!

Super Product Fast Delivery
I was looking for a bathroom suit and rubberduck had the style suite I was looking for and 100 pound cheaper than any one else. The suit arrive in 2 days and in perfect condition. I then order more products (ceiling panels) and they arrive the very next day. Super service.

Do Not Recognize Your Consumer Rights
Five stars to RubberDuck (RD) for paying their court directed refund of £170. (The refund for damage goods would have been less than £50) – The total order off goods that I purchased from RD was over a thousand pounds within the court requested time period. A timeline they accepted and kept.
Zero Stars, for not removing the 24 hour rule within their Terms & Conditions which has no respect for consumers and is in total disgreguared of CONSUMER RIGHTS.
FACT – If RD tell you that damaged goods cannot be refunded or replaced because of their terms and conditions stating that you must check and report damage within 24 hours. This is a total disregard of your CONSUMER RIGHTS
Please be sure to report this to:
• The Citizens Advice Bureau
• Your local Trading Standards Team
Either/both will inform you that this is totally against YOUR RIGHTS. They will also advise you of what you need to do to ensure RD comply with your RIGHTS.
Please read all the one-star reviews. You will find that many of these refer to delivery issues and failure to respect YOUR RIGHTS.
In my previous review informing RD of my result in the Small Claims Court. RD stated the following:
“the court has ruled in your favour because we did not attend not even considered our written response”
Although they did not attend the court, the Judge read the statements from both parties and RULED in my favour, agreeing that my RIGHTS had been breached.
RD also stated:
“British justice system at it best”
However, they sent me a cheque as instructed by the Judge. They could have appealed this decision. But despite their comments of this being “The best of British Justice” Which suggests they did not agree with the JUDGES RULLING – No appeal was made.
Below is an extract of their number 1 listing within their terms and conditions. This was copied on the 17/02/2018
“All goods should be checked upon receipt, and notification of any problems should be received within 24 hours”

Awful, Teribel, Damaged Goods, No Refund, Avoid Rubberduck
Purchased shower panels costing £630.00, was told 10 day delay, order arrived in 2 deliveries over a 6 week period. Shower panels badly scratched and chipped. The packaging was very poor for expensive panels and you have to open them immediately because Rubberduck not interested 24hrs after delivery. However this is not said when you purchase the goods, and as our order was delivered with a panel missing, we didn't open them until the order was complete, 4 weeks later. Rubberduck would only replace the panels at full cost. to top it, the panels are not worth the silly price anyway! I wish I had purchased from Wickes, I would have got a far better service. Avoid Rubberduck bathrooms....

Great Shower Cubicle And Boards
Key elements are the boards for the walls and the glue that bonds them.
the magnetic door fittings are superb as long as you make sure that the door nearest the shower head is pushed too away from the showerhead, otherwise there may be a tendency for water to get around the side of the rubber seal.
Everything great, as long fitting according to instructions.
I have given 18 months good trial and am very satisfied.

I Now Have A Fantastic Bathroom!!!!
This is my third time I have gone to RubberDuck Bathrooms , we bought all our multipanels here and our ceiling panels, and now I am using a panel to cover an awkward shaped windowsill. Later in the year we will be going back to this company for our en-suite.
The website is very easy to use, if you need a little help they are brilliant with advise-we needed a lot of help and without their advise we would have struggled, but nothing was to much trouble.
We now have a fantastic bathroom, and looking forward to doing other projects I definitely will use them again.
Delivery was quick, and at an arranged time and we had emails all the way through the project with every delivery they arranged.
To anyone who is unsure about this web-site, I would highly recommend them, they have a shop and a phone contact. To far away for me to check-out but I am glad I chose to use them.

Rubber Duck Showers
I ordered a waste cover to replace a broken one in my 12 year old Roman shower. The replacement was easy to find on Rubberduck's website but I was not sure about the measurements and whether the newest "one size fits all" cover would be suitable. Rubberduck attempted to find out from Romans but unfortunately no answer was forthcoming from them. Rubberduck sent the cover and it arrived safely and promptly. It was of course slightly different and it came with the complete drain trap and connectors. It was a simple job to fit, for my plumber, and I am now much relieved that I don't have to replace the whole shower cabinet.
