Outback Omega 150 Gas Barbecue

I purchased this item 18 months ago through Sainsburys

I have tried for 12 months to purchase what is now called a flame tamer

Today 5 march 2013 received a reply from outback web supplier ( there is no other supplier)

When I phoned them they quoted me £14.99

then .. told me ..the delivery was £25 to Northern Ireland

i explained to the lady... Northern Ireland is in the UK, British, not foreign

but to no avail

if you add the postage and the cost of a piece of tin

it would go a long way towards a new bbq

outback state they are a family company

i wish to inform them they are not consumer friendly

there web supplier is not interested in helping just supplying

I am so disappointed this is my 2nd bbq and last from outback
