We placed an order on the Thursday morning and our BBQ was delivered on a secure pallet the following morning. Assembly took approximately 45mins, the top section is a two person lift. Had an issue regarding the included cover and regulator, called flamingbarbecues, who dealt with our call in a helpful and friendly manner and this was resolved promptly. A great product, a superb price, a good on-line company (who are actually contactable), great delivery service.
