Morrison’s rump selection.

Because Morrison’s do not sell on the internet yet, I took a different approach and actually visited my local store. They sensibly carry only one range of beef with 2 prices. They are committed to this beef which I find very admirable and this shows real confidence in their product.

My interpretation of the product description from their website. From Farm assured herds, supplied by British farms hand picked by their team, fed really well, they have a great relationship with the farms that supply them. They are also committed to traditional British breeds that’s excellent. The meat is matured and butchered in store.

Comment,At last full description, country of origin and some really understandable information about the product. Full marks Morrison's. I sampled this steak and believe me it is excellent. I spoke with their butchers in store and they tell me it is half price next week if that is so buy it in bulk and freeze some for the summer.
