Patisserie Valerie, Cheltenham

I have tried this cafe in based on the lower end of Cheltenham high Street three times now. Each time the service has been dreadful. The last time we waited over 20 minutes after we were shown to a seat- we gave up and left.

Every other time we have been it is the same story- young kids standing around not knowing what to do or how to serve. The food is ok/good but does change on different days. I have had the eggs benedict twice but completely different each time.
