We Have Always Enjoyed The Woking Pantomime But Th

We have always enjoyed the Woking pantomime but this year's was dreadful! Gareth can definitely sing but was given such cheesy songs to sing - and he really cannot act. Claire Sweeney did not pull off being evil and forgot a whole section of her lines, which was not impressive at all. The comedy was very poor and the whole cast just looked like they wanted to go home - maybe because it was Christmas Eve? Low energy, low enthusiasm, poor show!

We Saw Snow White At One Of The Matinee Performanc

We saw Snow White at one of the Matinee performances. The Theatre was filled with local School Children and everyone of them, including us, thoroughly enjoyed it. At times the children were so into the whole Pantomine atmosphere, calling out to 'Minty' (from Eastenders) and shouting 'they're behind you!' so loudly that you couldn't quite hear what the cast were saying! Gareth's singing and acting was wonderful, Clare Sweeney was so good at being 'evil' and all of the rest of the cast were excellent. The 'dwarfs' were so funny and the costumes amazing. We came from Cambridge on a freezing day and went home 'warm hearted'. Loved it and want to see it again.

Totally Hilarious. Brilliant Family Fun. I Saw Thi

Totally hilarious. Brilliant family fun. I saw this on Saturday 11 December. This is pantomime at it's best. Claire Sweeney singing Lady Ga-ga Bad Romance as the Evil Queen was worth it's weight in gold and the admission price alone. Gareth Gates has a belting voice. It was great to see him in panto as the Prince Charming. Woking always has a great Panto and this lives up to our high expectations. Fantastic fun- thanks to everyone involved.
