Ifans plays the lead role in the story of Howard Marks, An Incredable story of how Marks became the most wanted men in the uk for Drug smuggling, the story tells the story of marks life, how he got into drugs and slowly became the most wanted men in uk, spain and even the U.S for smuggling Pot.

I found this film enjoyable to watch, and was entertained throughout, with some strong acting, and a clever use of very old footage.
