I Enjoyed The First Night At The Museum Film As A
I enjoyed the first Night at the Museum film as a bit of a Sunday afternoon filler, and to be honest I wasn't expecting that much more from this one. However I was in for a very nice surprise. This film is ten times better than the first. The cast are fantastic and Hank Azaria really steals the show as the evil and camp pharaoh.
The films starts by showing how Larry has moved on in the two years since leaving his job as a night watchmen at the natural history museum. He's not an "inventor" and has a slot on a sales TV channel. When he makes a trip back to the museum to see his old friends, he's told how most of the exhibits are being moved to the Smithsonian to make way for new technology.
Larry later receives a call from Jedediah (Owen Wilson) telling him how evil pharaoh Kahmunrah (Hank Azaria) has come to life and is trying to release the undead with help from the tablet. Larry obviously goes to the rescue and from there the story and acting is fantastic.
A truly funny film that everyone in the family should enjoy.
