Horse and Chains, Bushey

I took a friend of mine for a meal there on a Friday before Christmas and what a lovely resteraunt.

Converted from a small pub it has both bar and resteraunt facilities and is easily accessible from Watford town center. The menue is mainly modern English and I will say is very competitivly priced. The service was excelent and we where looked after very well. The whole enviroment was relaxed and friendly and we felt under no pressure to clear our table (unlike some other "in" venues).

For a starter and main course with drinks and liquer I paid just over £60.00 for two which given the quality of the food I thought was very good value.
