Awful Customer Service!
I purchased this watch in August 2015. In October it developed a fault with the screen where a bright light would flash at the top of the screen. I requested a refund and was told i would need to send my watch back to the manufacturers. That's where the real problems started!
Each time I was required to wait in for a delivery company to collect my watch. A couple of times they failed to collect my watch so I ended up driving to the depot.
Once LG received my watch I had to continually contact them to chase up the repairs. I was promised so many call backs but each time they failed to call back. My watch was returned after around a month and appeared to work for a short time. The watch developed the same fault having only had the watch back a few weeks. Off it went again! Each time I sent the watch back I had to wait around a month for it to be returned. This was only because I contacted LG or I believe I would have been forgotten about.
This proved to be the case on the fourth and last time I sent the watch off. I contacted LG soon after the watch has been returned. LG said I would be getting a replacement watch our a refund as it was the fourth time. I was told i would be called back the next day.... Three weeks later i called LG as i was fed up of waiting. I was then told I would be getting a refund which would take a further 28 days to sign off before I would be refunded my money! Two weeks and three emails later I've still had no contact from them!
If you are lucky enough to get a watch that works then fantastic. It's a lovely looking watch.. If not then expect LG to have YOUR watch for over a third of the time YOU own it! Awful Customer service.. From reading other reviews on LG customer service in not alone!
