Fantastic Service / Great Products
I cannot praise this company highly enough. They're up with the best customer service I have ever received. I placed my 1st order with them (DR6000 Drum Unit). My item arrived post free within 24 hours of order. Unfortunately they sent a Toner Cartridge instead. I emailed them that night and received a reply following morning. They apologised profusely and informed me the correct item had been dispatched and I was also welcome to keep the item already delivered. New item arrived quickly and is now in printer and working a treat. Inkredible service !!
