Unfortunately item was no good, so had to return paying own postage of £8.00, waited 3 weeks for them to acknowledge receipt, they refunded eventually after 3 chase up emails but via an e-cheque which took a further week to clear. They'll be making a lot of interest from money that's not theirs if they treat all customers with returns like this.
